Refunds
You may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay
the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving
your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will
receive a refund more quickly. Shipping cost will be included in your refund.
Exchanges
Exchange for the same item:
We'll exchange any defective items due to manufacturer's default. We'll pay the return shipping costs and send you replacement products at no
additional charge. Shipping cost will be included in your return.
Exchange for a different item:
If you wish to exchange to a different product, you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the product back. You do not have to wait to place your new order. You will be responsible to pay for the shipping cost to return your unwanted product.
Items that are not refundable or exchangeable
- Gift Certificate
- Classes purchased on line
- Any items that have obvious sign of use
- Any items that are returned after 30 days
